Pastor Dale & Barbara Welch

Pastor Dale Welch has been pastoring in the tri-city area, consisting of Marinette, Menominee and Peshtigo, since 1979, making him one of the longest-term pastors in the area.  The church is affiliated with the United Pentecostal Church, International.

Pastor Welch attended Apostolic Bible Institute in St. Paul, MN and was a youth leader and was involved in prison ministries in Racine, WI.
He was the assistant pastor of the United Pentecostal Church in Green Bay, WI prior to moving to Marinette.  He was the Secretary of the WI District Sunday School Department for 13 years.

Pastor Welch volunteers as a chaplain at Bay Area Medical Center and works full-time as a third party inspector for TH Cochrane Laboratories.

His wife, Barbara Welch, attended Conquerors Bible College and works part-time as a paraprofessional at Park Elementary School.

Associate Pastor Joseph & Nicole Martinez


Associate Pastor Joseph Martinez has been in the tri-city area since January of 1998.  During this time, he has been involved in several different ministries, such as Youth Leader, Sunday School Teacher, Home Bible Study Instructor as well as teaching and preaching.

Associate Pastor Martinez has completed his studies and requirements to be licensed as a Minister with the United Pentecostal Church International.  He was recently voted in as the Associate Pastor of the Pentecostal Apostolic Church of Peshtigo.

His wife, Nicole Martinez, has been involved in Sunday School and Power Hour.  She currently works at home with their four children: Joseph, Lydia, Isaiah and Hannah and part time within the community.
